Refund policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can send it back for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

1. Email support@trnch.net with your order number.

2. We reply within 1–2 business days with where to send it and what return shipping costs, if anything, before you send it.

3. Send it back. Once it arrives, we refund the price you paid to your original payment method.

Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show the refund.

Separately from this guarantee, defects are covered by our 5-year limited warranty. See the warranty terms.
