5-Year Limited Warranty

Who is covered

This limited warranty is given by PowerWashCO to the original purchaser of a PowerWashCO™ Cordless Pressure Washer Gun bought from mypawket.com. It is not transferable.

What is covered, and for how long

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, for 5 years from the date your order is delivered.

What is not covered

Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, alteration or commercial use; normal wear and tear such as scratches or fading; loss or theft; and products bought from other sellers.

What we will do

If your gun has a covered defect during the warranty period, we will, at our choice, replace it with a new or equivalent one or refund the price you paid for it. We pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

How to make a claim

1. Email benjamin.david.scott@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video of it.
2. We reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. If we need the item back, we will tell you how to return it.
3. Once the claim is approved, we ship the replacement or issue the refund.

Implied warranties

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 5 years of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
